2007 Christmas with husband Bob and grandchildren.
OCT 2007 - I am really sorry we will be in Texas at the time of the reunion. Some things that have occurred during the last five years are:
- Nov. 23, 2002 daughter Kris married a wonderful guy, Mark Wise.
- Dec. 31, 2003 new grandson, CJ Wise was born.
- Nov. 7, 2004 we celebrated our 40th anniversary with family and friends on Mexican Riviera Cruise.
- June 30, 2005 I retired after working as a CPA for 20 years.
- Jan. 27, 2006 new grandson, Grant Wise was born.
- Sept. 28, 2006 we moved to a new home in Carlsbad. We love it. It is the first home we have built after 40+ years of marriage.
- June 14, 2007 oldest grandson Cameron Carpentier turned 7.
- July 1, 2007 had a wonderful Caribbean cruise with Kris, her family and her in-laws. We had four generations in our group. It was a great family reunion. The Nelson Brothers (Ricky Nelson’s sons) put on one of our shows on the ship. They have the most sincere, fun-loving show I have ever seen.
- Sept. 22, 2007 we will be in Chicago celebrating Bob’s 50th high school reunion. Time does have a way of getting away from us.
- We have had many wonderful trips these past five years. One of our recent favorites was this past May. We took a coastal cruise from San Diego to Vancouver….spent a few days in Whistler, BC….then spent a week with Susi (Stoeckle) Krouse and her husband, EJ, at their new home on Whidbey Island, WA. We had a wonderful time with them.
We fly back to Texas many times a year to visit Kris and family. Scott lives in LA so we get to see him and Cam a lot. Bob is retired AF so we look forward to flying Space A out of North Island Navy Base in San Diego to wherever the Navy planes are going. Have a wonderful reunion. We’ll see you at the 50th for sure.
